When 2500 mg/L disinfectant containing didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride double chain quaternary ammonium salt was heated to 40ºC for 120 min, the killing value of Bacillus subtilis black varieties was >3.0. When the temperature was increased to 60ºC for 30 min, the killing pair value was greater than 3.0. The 1250 mg/L double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant was heated to 80ºC for 60 min, and the killing efficiency of Bacillus subtilis black variant was greater than 5.00.
