Appearance: White powder
It is white or yellowish fine amorphous powder, smell-less, tasteless. The proportion is 4.42-4.45, does not dissolve in water and alcohol, slightly soluble in ammonia, can dissolve in the diluted acid and the sodium hydroxide.
Basic Zinc Carbonate is used as transparent activator in rubber, feed additives; sulfur absorber in oil drilling; cosmetics; pharmaceuticals; zinc Salts.
Zinc carbonate is used as a skin protectant in medicine, as a zinc supplement in feed, as a light astringent and latex product in industry, in preparation of calamine lotion, and in the production of rayon and desulfurization in the fertilizer industry. It can also be widely used in rubber products, paint and other chemical products.
