Used as a processing aid for cable insulation materials, it improves processing performance, increases product surface smoothness and gloss, and the chemical inertness of Fischer Tropsch wax can enhance the product's aging resistance, resulting in excellent anti precipitation performance. 3.It can effectively adjust the initial solidification temperature and curing time of hot melt adhesive, regulate the plasticity and tensile properties of hot melt adhesive, and prevent adhesive adhesion before use. Low viscosity, high melting point Fischer Tropsch wax can reduce the viscosity of polymers and resins, facilitating efficient mixing of resins and pumping of hot melt adhesives, while maintaining the surface moisture level of polymers and resins. 4. As a rubber processing aid, it can improve the diffusion rate and extrusion molding rate of the filler, making it easy to demold. As a component of rubber protective wax, it can form an effective coordinated protective layer with other ingredients, improving the service life and application performance of the product. |
