PCL-3000 series products are PCL triols whichpolymerized by small molecule triol and caprolactone monomer, which can be used to improve the flexibility of surface coating as raw material or additive, and also can be used to improve the low temperature performanceof PU foam as raw material.

Products are packed in special  drums, 200kg/drum,or small drums with 20kg/drum according to the customers request.
Avoid from rain,collision,package damage and pollution during transportation and comply with the related regulation of transport department.
Undisturbed packaging as delivered until shortly before use,stored in the shade avoid from water,moisture and direct sunlight.

Application 
TPU/CPU elastomer:
1. The elastomer prepared with polycaprolactone polyols has excellent wear resistance, weather resistance and hydrolysis stability.
2. The elastomer prepared by polycaprolactone polyols has better low temperature flexibility and resilience.
Paint, coating:
1. PCL polyols can be used as reactive diluents and modifiers for polyurethane, polyester, epoxy resin and vinyl coatings.
2. Reduce VOC in the coating, improve color and luster, obtain the required balance of hardness and flexibility, but no affect of film performance.
Adhesive & Sealant:
1. The adhesive made of PCL polyols get excellent adhesion to different substrates.
2. Get low viscosity and long viscosity duration, which improves the sizing convenience.
3. Get good hydrolysis stability,flexibility and uniformity for adhesive and sealant.
