Application:
Mainly used for the production of synthetic resins, synthetic fibers, synthetic rubber, plastics, coatings, adhesives, etc., as organic synthesis intermediates, adhesives, emulsifiers, coatings, etc. Einoic acid and its esters are widely used in industry.
Mainly used for manufacturing coatings, adhesives, leather processing agents, textile auxiliaries, and paint additives. It is also used in the synthesis of plastics and resins, as a copolymer monomer for synthetic resins, and the resulting copolymer is widely used in industries such as coatings, textiles, leather, and adhesives. In addition,  2-Propenoic acid is an intermediate for the preparation of the carbamate insecticide carbendazim, and can also be used as a raw material for protective coatings, adhesives, and paper impregnating agents;
In specific applications, the polymer of  2-Propenoic acid can be used as a crack inhibitor for leather, the copolymer with ethylene is a hot melt adhesive, and the copolymer with 5% chloroethyl vinyl ether is a synthetic rubber with good oil and heat resistance, sometimes replacing nitrile rubber.
